Cracker voices38 breaks Denuvo on Star Wars: Outlaws, Persona 3 Reload, Prince of Persia
The cracker known as voices38 has released Denuvo bypasses for three more games, a day after cracking Mortal Kombat 1 and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The new targets are Star Wars: Outlaws, Persona 3 Reload, and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, DSOGaming reported.
Star Wars: Outlaws shipped on PC in November 2024, taking almost two years to crack. Persona 3 Reload, released in February 2024, held out for about two and a half years. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, out in August 2024, took two years. Two of the three are Ubisoft titles; the third is from ATLUS.
DSOGaming notes the games previously had HYPERVISOR bypasses that require disabling Windows security features. The voices38 cracks avoid that step. Like earlier Denuvo cracks from EMPRESS and voices38, these are bypasses, not removals: Denuvo still runs in the background, so performance comparisons between cracked and retail builds would be meaningless.
The run follows voices38's Mortal Kombat 1 crack, which ended a nearly three-year wait and came 21 days after the previous Denuvo crack of Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced.
voices38's rapid string of Denuvo bypasses, including long-uncracked titles, keeps pressure on publishers who continue shipping the anti-tamper software even after their games are compromised.
